Classic coffee recipes
1. Espresso coffee


Ingredients:
- 1 dose of freshly ground coffee (approximately 7-9 g)
- Water at 92-96°C
Prepare an espresso using a classic or automatic espresso machine to obtain a concentrated coffee with a golden crema on top.
2. Cappuccino


Ingredients:
Add milk foam to espresso and sprinkle cocoa powder or cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
3. Viennese cappuccino
The Viennese cappuccino is a creamy, noble and elegant delight that will make your mornings much more beautiful. It is prepared quickly and easily, without the need for professional skills.
Ingredients:
- 7-9 g of ground coffee;
- 80 ml of milk;
- 2-3 teaspoons of whipped cream;
- cocoa powder optional.
First prepare 35 ml of espresso using the coffee machine and then pour it into the cup. Using the steam wand, bring the milk to the boil and create a foam about 4 cm high. Add the coffee to the boiled milk. Then decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa or chocolate flakes, depending on your preferences.
4. Espresso Macchiato


Ingredients:
- 1 espresso coffee
- A teaspoon of milk foam
Add a splash of milk foam to your espresso for a simple and delicious combination.
5. American
Ingredients:
- 1 espresso coffee
- Hot water (about 150 ml)
It dilutes the espresso with hot water, obtaining a lighter but intensely flavored coffee.
6. Flat white


Ingredients:
- 1 double espresso
- Micro-foamed milk
Pour the micro-foamed milk over the double espresso, obtaining a creamy consistency and a balanced taste.
7. Cropped
Cortado is a coffee-based drink originating from Spain, appreciated for the balance between the intensity of the espresso and the creamy consistency of the milk.
Ingredients:
- 1 espresso coffee
- Milk in equal proportions with espresso
Milk softens the acidity of the coffee, giving it a smooth taste.
8. Dalgona Coffee


Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons of instant coffee
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of hot water
- 500 ml of milk
Mix the coffee, sugar and boiling water well until you obtain a frothy and compact cream. You can knead by hand or you can use an electric whisk, for faster results. Heat the milk, then pour it into a heatproof cup or glass. Distribute the coffee cream evenly over the milk, using a spoon. Before serving, mix very well to blend all the flavours.
9. Drowned
Ingredients:
- 1 hot espresso
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Pour hot espresso over vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert.
10. Espresso with Cream


Ingredients:
Top the espresso with a generous layer of whipped cream for extra flavor.

11. Espresso Sorbet


It is the cold version of espresso. The espresso is stored in a container with ice cubes until it becomes solid.
Ingredients for 4-6 people:
- 350 ml espresso
- 4 sugar cubes
- 450 ml of low-fat milk
The frozen espresso is mixed in a shaker with the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
12. Latte Macchiato


Ingredients:
- 1 espresso coffee
- Milk
- Milk foam
Pour the hot milk into the glass, then the milk foam and the espresso, for a layered effect.
13. Caffe Latte
It is an express drink made with abundant foamed milk. It is perfect for those who love coffee with milk, for breakfast or for any time of the day.

- 2 servings or more of frothed milk

Prepare espresso, optionally, you can add a flavored syrup. With the help of a teaspoon, hold the foam that forms on the surface of the frothed milk and pour two thirds of the quantity into the cup of Caffe Latte. Pour over the rest of the frothed milk. 14. Irish coffee


Ingredients:
- Whipped cream or milk foam
- 4 cl of brown
- Strong coffee (Café Crème)
- Sugar
Combine the sugar, rum and hot coffee in a glass. It is completed with whipped cream.
15. Caffe Mozart


Ingredients:
- Chocolate sauce
- Marzipan Cream With Liqueur
- Milk foam

Pour the chocolate sauce, liqueur, milk foam and espresso into the glass in layers.

Combine chocolate sauce, Advocaat, milk foam and espresso in a glass for an intensely flavored drink.
17. Mochaccino with ice
Combine the richness of milk, with chocolate, a pinch of espresso and a topping of whipped cream to create the ultimate treat, perfect for hot summer days: the iced mochaccino.
Ingredients:
- 150 ml of milk
- 25 gr. chocolate;
- 35ml espresso coffee;
- 30 ml of whipped cream;
- ice;
- cocoa powder or cinnamon for garnish;
Pour 50 ml of milk into a saucepan, on top of which add the 25 gr. chocolate. Heat over low heat, stirring continuously until completely smooth. Fill a large glass halfway with ice, pour over the cooled milk chocolate and the remaining 100 ml of milk. Mix well, then fill with ice almost to the brim. Then pour in the espresso, add the whipped cream and decorate with cocoa powder or cinnamon.
18. Pumpkin latte
A late autumn drink, pumpkin latte is very popular among coffee lovers. Find out how to prepare it at home and enjoy a sweet, unique, authentic taste.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree;
- 2 teaspoons honey or sugar;
- a pinch of ground cinnamon;
- a pinch of ground ginger;
- a pinch of ground nutmeg:
- 30ml espresso coffee;
- 250 ml of milk;
- chocolate sauce and whipped cream for decoration.
Place the pumpkin puree in a saucepan, then add the honey or sugar and spices. Heat them until they reach boiling point. Pour the espresso into a large cup and top with the pumpkin mixture. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sauce and serve while still hot.
19. Moroccan coffee
An exotic combination of spices that adds a unique touch to coffee.
Ingredients:
- 1 espresso coffee
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 pinch of ground ginger
- Sugar or honey (optional)
Preparation method:
Mix cinnamon, cardamom and ginger with freshly brewed coffee. Serve hot, possibly sweetened to taste.

- 40 ml sweetened condensed milk
Preparation method:

21. Coffee with honey and lemon
A refreshing recipe, perfect for the cold season.
Ingredients:
- 1 Espresso or 150 ml of filtered coffee
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 slice of lemon
Preparation method:
Pour the hot coffee into a cup, add the honey and mix well. Squeeze a little lemon juice and place the lemon slice directly into the cup.
22. Café de Olla (Mexican café)
A traditional Mexican coffee with a rich flavor of cinnamon and brown sugar.
Ingredients:
- 250ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of ground coffee
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or Panela, if you have it)
- 1 clove chopped (optional)
Preparation method:
In a kettle, boil water with cinnamon and brown sugar for 5 minutes. Add the ground coffee and leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Filter and serve hot.
