Pour 50 ml of milk into a saucepan, on top of which add the 25 gr. chocolate. Heat over low heat, stirring continuously until completely smooth. Fill a large glass halfway with ice, pour over the cooled milk chocolate and the remaining 100 ml of milk. Mix well, then fill with ice almost to the brim. Then pour in the espresso, add the whipped cream and decorate with cocoa powder or cinnamon.

18. Pumpkin latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree;
  • 2 teaspoons honey or sugar;
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon;
  • a pinch of ground ginger;
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg:
  • 30ml espresso coffee;
  • 250 ml of milk;
  • chocolate sauce and whipped cream for decoration.
