Should we still introduce them, since their evocation is a reflex? Each with its roots, its flavors and its own character, but one thing is certain, the history of coffee is marked by these two main varieties. The art of cultivating Arabica

Arabica is a fragile shrub and rather complicated to grow, almost a challenge. Capricious and demanding, it requires specific conditions to thrive. Plantations are generally located at higher altitudes, where temperatures are cooler and soils more fertile. Arabica prefers the shade of tall trees, which protect it from direct sun.

Arabica beans are thick harvested by handto select the ripest cherries. Called «collection«, this technique guarantees exceptional quality. Brew a perfect cup of Arabica

For the subtle aromas ofarabicathe gentle method is recommended. Favor a filter coffee maker or French pressfreshly roasted arabica beans, essential for preserving delicate aromas.

  • Grind the grains shortly before extraction. Use a medium to fine grind.
  • Heat water approximately 90-95°C. Avoid boiling water, which may burn the flavors.
  • Brew coffee slowly. Allow the water to gently flow through the ground coffee to extract all the flavors.

Sublimates Robusta in just a few steps

THE robustwith its intense character, it lends itself perfectly to espresso. For a full-bodied cup full of flavour:

  • Grind the cereals for a fine grind that will allow a rapid and complete extraction of the aromas.
  • Use an espresso machine of which water pressure is essential to extract the strength.
  • Heat the water about 90-95°C.
  • Prepare quickly. The extraction should last 25 to 30 seconds to obtain a perfect espresso.
